ERP portfolio

ERP built around your operation, not the other way round.

An ERP connects sales, stock, purchasing, finance and people in one system. Everyone works from the same numbers, management sees the business as it is today, and routine work stops depending on spreadsheets and phone calls.

Illustrative interface. Not a client deployment.

Architecture & integrations

Built to fit into the business you already run.

An ERP is only useful if it works with your other tools and your data is right on day one.

01

API integrations

Connect the ERP to accounting software, payment gateways, e-commerce stores, messaging and existing databases through documented APIs.

02

Role-based access

Each user sees and changes only what their role allows, with approval steps for sensitive actions and a record of who did what.

03

Reporting

Dashboards for management, operational reports for teams, and exports for accountants, all from the same data.

04

Data migration

Clean and import data from spreadsheets or older systems, with reconciliation checks before go-live.

05

System integration

Run the ERP alongside systems you keep, syncing customers, items and transactions in both directions where needed.

06

Automation

Reorder alerts, approval routing, reminders and notifications by email or WhatsApp, triggered by events in the system.

FAQ

Practical questions about custom ERP.

Why build a custom ERP instead of buying an off-the-shelf package?
Packaged ERP suits businesses whose processes match the software. If your workflows, pricing rules or reporting are specific to you, a custom system avoids paying for features you do not use and forcing staff into workarounds. We will tell you honestly if a packaged product is the better fit.
How long does an ERP project take?
It depends on the number of modules, users and integrations. We usually deliver in phases, putting the highest-value module live first, so you see working software early. You get a timeline after the discovery stage, once the scope is clear.
Can it integrate with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect through APIs where they exist and through scheduled imports and exports where they do not. During discovery we list each system you use and agree how it will connect.
How do you move our existing data across?
We map your current spreadsheets or database to the new structure, clean duplicates and gaps, run trial imports and reconcile totals with your team before go-live.
What happens after launch?
We provide training, a supported go-live period and ongoing maintenance. Improvements and new modules can be added in later phases.
How do we scope and price a project?
Start with a conversation about your operation. We then run a discovery stage and come back with a written scope, phased plan and quote, so you know what you are paying for before development starts.
